Bilal and Bassel established Paramedium with the ultimate objective of capitalizing on their professional experiences in the fields of consulting and innovations/startups to offer tailored and practical consulting solutions. Their extensive experiences with big 4 consulting firms and other leading international companies within the retail, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, power, oil & gas, both as independent consultants and employees, allowed them to gain hands-on experience and exposure to complex business scenarios for both SMEs and large corporations. Throughout their professional careers, they applied the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and diligence when serving clients and companies. We have recently expanded our services to Cyprus and Portugal to provide our expertise to a broader clientele base in these regions.

Bassel Khreiss
Bassel Khreiss is a highly experienced consultant with over 15 years of experience in the areas of business strategy, business development, governance, risk, and compliance. He has a track record of serving a diverse range of clients as his extensive experience with Deloitte provided him with in-depth exposure to various industries including multinational corporations operating in various sectors such as retail, F&B, manufacturing, services and governmental. He holds an Msc. In Business Development from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business (with distinction) and a Bachelor of Business from the American University of Beirut. He is also a Certified Governance Risk and Compliance Professional (OCEG) and a Certified Governance Risk & Compliance Auditor (OCEG) and has recently finished a Strategy Execution Course from Harvard Business School.
