The objective from this step is to understand the current status mainly through conducting interviews and meetings with key stakeholders. We usually ask for some general documents such as existing policies and procedures for us to gain in depth understanding on where we currently stand.

Based on our understanding of the current state and the objectives the business wishes to achieve we will offer tailored solutions specifically customized to match the current status of the company, the desired objectives and the parameters in which the company operates.
